Several payment options are available, including automatic bank drafts, recurring charges to your credit card and coupon books for monthly payments. Using our enhanced web services, patients can make payments online and review account information and appointments 24 hours a day. We also offer payment-in-full discounts at the beginning of treatment in addition to family discounts.

Our office is sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations. We can customize a payment plan for you. Insurance

For your convenience, we will file your insurance electronically and assist you in maximizing your orthodontic benefits. Please provide any orthodontic insurance information to our office either prior to or at your initial visit. We will contact your insurance company and verify your estimated insurance coverage. We accept direct assignment of benefits which reduces your out-of-pocket expenses.

There are many different agreements between insurance carriers, and each contract provides a different benefit. Orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum. Most insurance companies will not pay the entire lifetime maximum in one payment but spread those payments over the course of treatment. Therefore, if there are any changes to your employment or insurance companies, please notify our office as soon as possible.

Although we take a very active role in accepting your insurance assignment, please be aware that our primary financial relationship is with our patients and their families, not with their respective insurance companies. The outstanding balance of any unpaid insurance claim will be your responsibility.
